All properties include single occupancy furnished bedrooms, wireless and wired internet, shared kitchens, bathrooms, and some common areas (living rooms, dining rooms, and/or patios).
Coin laundries are located in each house with the exception of one, which may use the laundry next door.
We strive to maintain each property to a high standard and respond promptly and courteously to any concern. Please keep in mind, however, that all tenants are responsible for cleaning up after themselves in the kitchen, bathrooms, and other common areas. Tenants are responsible for taking trash to the outside bins.
Rent includes all utilities – gas, electric, water/sewer, trash collection, lawn service and snow removal.
